Portal use
Users should only submit accurate booking, horse, and document information and should keep account access credentials secure.
Operational documents
Quotes, contracts, invoices, and health-document approvals shown inside the portal form part of the shipment workflow, but final commercial and transport obligations should be governed by the signed booking documents issued for each movement.
Availability
Flight schedules, approvals, and shipment milestones may change based on operational, veterinary, regulatory, or carrier requirements.
